1. The "14/2 Rule" for Digital Games We offer a full refund on digital game downloads if the request meets two criteria:
The purchase was made within the last 14 days.
The game has been played for less than 2 hours (total across all sessions).
2. In-Game Currency (MC-Coins) Refunds for virtual currency are available only if the currency has not been "consumed" or spent. Once a single coin from a bundle is used to unlock a skin, battle pass, or item, the entire bundle becomes non-refundable.
3. DLC and Season Passes Downloadable Content (DLC) and Season Passes are generally non-refundable once the download has been initiated or the content has been "claimed" in-game. If you purchased a Season Pass by mistake and have not yet launched the game, please contact support immediately.
4. The Exchange Policy While we do not offer direct "exchanges" between different titles, we can provide a one-time "Store Credit" conversion if you purchased the wrong version of a game (e.g., buying the Standard Edition when you intended to buy the Deluxe Edition).
5. How to Initiate a Request
Log into your McGames Account Dashboard.
Navigate to Order History.
Select the transaction and click "Request Refund".
Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
