1. Transaction Failures & Declines
If your payment is being rejected, it is rarely a problem with the game itself. Most "Hard Declines" occur at the bank or processor level.
A. Missing "Enhanced Data" Fields
As of April 2026, new industry standards (like VDCAP) require highly accurate billing data to prevent fraud.
The Fix: Ensure your Billing Address, Zip/Postal Code, and Email exactly match the records on file with your bank. Even a small typo can trigger an automatic fraud block.
B. Payment Orchestration & Timeouts
During high-traffic events (e.g., a new season launch), payment gateways may experience "timeout" errors.
